Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually dispatch within 5–7 working days. Every Heartloom piece
is packed with care before it reaches you, so if it takes a little
longer, we promise — it’s worth the wait.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we currently ship all across India. You’ll receive a tracking
link once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! International shipping is available on orders above our
minimum value. Delivery timelines and charges are calculated at
checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept exchanges for unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Since our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, we don’t offer
refunds — but we’ll always do our best to help if something feels
off.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos.
We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or store credit right
away.

Are all your products handmade?

Yes, every Heartloom product is handmade or handcrafted in small
batches.

Why do I see small irregularities or variations in the product?

That’s the beauty of handcraft. Each piece carries subtle
variations in weave, print, or finish — traces of the human hand
that make it one of a kind.

How do I care for my Heartloom pieces?

We recommend gentle hand wash or a mild machine cycle using soft
detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, and always dry in shade.

Payments & Others

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major cards, UPI, and wallet payments through secure
gateways.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Not at the moment — we currently accept prepaid orders only.
