Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Heartloom, each product is handcrafted and made in small batches. Because of the nature of handcrafted textiles, we currently offer exchanges or store credit instead of returns.

We accept exchange requests if:

  • The product is damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a genuine quality issue

Time Window:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or wrong items
  • For exchange requests, contact us within 7 days of delivery

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Reverse shipping may be applicable in some cases

Store Credit:
Once we receive the product, we will issue store credit which can be used anytime on our website.


Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or store credit after review.


Handcrafted Products

All Heartloom products are handcrafted by artisans and small producer groups across India. Slight variations in print, color, stitching, patchwork, embroidery, or weave are natural and are not defects. These irregularities are a hallmark of handcrafted products and make each piece unique.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
